1. Acceptance of Terms & Website Usage

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://neetatrading.com (the “Site”), operated by Neeta Trading Co.(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a manufacturing entity with operations based at Sewri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or placing orders on this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related Privacy, Shipping, and Return Policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

2. Product Descriptions & Visual Representation

Neeta Trading Co. manufactures and distributes luxury jewellery boxes, showroom counter display trays, and packaging accessories. We strive to display product dimensions, fabric textures, colors, and insert layouts as accurately as possible.

However, please note that actual colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your display screen calibration, photographic lighting, and individual fabric dye-lot batches (particularly with micro-velvet and suede materials). Dimensions specified on product pages represent exterior measurements and may possess minor handcrafted manufacturing tolerances of approximately ±2mm.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). For retail products, prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, and shipping thresholds at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

4. Orders & Fulfillment Processing

Retail Orders: Customers may place retail orders through our online shopping cart. Order confirmation, shipping verification, and payment coordination are completed via direct order confirmation through WhatsApp or verified bank transfer with our Mumbai sales desk.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders: Bulk product purchases meeting or exceeding specified Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) are coordinated directly through our wholesale team. Written proforma invoices detailing unit rates, GST breakdown, transit insurance, and delivery schedules will be issued prior to production commencement.

5. Custom Branding & Bespoke Manufacturing

Custom orders involving hot-foil logo stamping, custom color matching, or non-standard insert die-cutting are manufactured strictly according to the client-approved digital mockup or physical sample prototype.

Once custom tooling (metal stamping dies) is prepared and client approval is granted, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The client warrants that all logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted for branding are either owned by the client or authorized for commercial use. Neeta Trading Co. assumes no liability for trademark infringements arising from client-supplied artwork.

6. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

Standard retail stock orders are typically dispatched from our Mumbai facility within 24 to 48 business hours following order confirmation. Transit timelines range from 2 to 4 business days for major Indian metropolitan centers and 4 to 7 business days for regional zones via courier partners including Blue Dart and Delhivery.

Wholesale freight consignments are shipped via surface logistics partners with full GST tax invoices and protective master shipping cartons. While we make every endeavor to meet estimated delivery dates, Neeta Trading Co. is not liable for transit delays caused by courier logistics, natural disruptions, regional holidays, or force majeure events.

7. Inspection, Damage Review & Return Limitations

Upon receipt of any shipment, the customer is required to inspect the exterior master packaging and interior contents.

In the rare event of transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect SKU delivery, notice must be submitted to our customer care desk within 48 hours of recorded delivery along with photographic or video unboxing evidence showing the outer shipping label and the affected items. Valid claims will be promptly resolved through product replacement or refund as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site—including but not limited to photography, text descriptions, graphics, logos, page headers, icons, and software code—is the intellectual property of Neeta Trading Co. and is protected by applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neeta Trading Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. In any case, our total aggregate liability arising out of any purchase shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific item in dispute.
